We're partnering with our friends at Fell & Fair to create this immersive weekend experience. (Think of it as a Medieval-themed "field day.")
You are invited to pitch your tent in one of our designated camping areas with your assigned team. Families will stay together, and you can let us know when registering if there any friends would like to join your team.
Note: Meals are included from Friday dinner through Sunday breakfast. The recommended age is 6 and up, but all are welcome.

Medieval Adventure Weekend is the perfect opportunity for teens to test their mettle and meet new friends. They'll be given special challenges and opportunities to go deeper into the adventure.
This will be a weekend they'll never forget and the start of an annual tradition with friends!
While you are welcome to wear modern clothes, our hope is to make this weekend as immersive as possible. All of our characters will be wearing Medieval garb, and you are encouraged to do the same!
Each team will be adorned with a different color to distinguish it from the others (we'll let you know your assigned team one month out).
To provide a basic level of costuming, we're offering hooded cloaks in the color of your assigned team as an (optional) item in the registration cart.
The cloaks are available for an additional price of $95 each and come in two sizes: Large (5'3" tall and over) and Small (5'3" tall and under).
These cloaks, made by Fell & Fair, are 100% linen with a leather closure at the neck. The bottom hem is left slightly frayed to offer a more weathered and worn look. This also helps with the natural "fall" and flow of the cloak.
Simply add your cloaks in the registration cart, and we'll provide them in the color of your assigned team when you arrive at the event.
Note: Because we are manufacturing these cloaks to order, there is a no-return policy. If you are unable to make it to the weekend after all, we can ship the cloak to you after the event for an additional shipping fee.

Are meals provided?
Yes, we'll provide meals starting with dinner on Friday night and ending with breakfast on Sunday morning. We'll have snacks for sale as well.
What accommodations are available?
This is a camping experience, and you're invited to pitch your tent in one of our designated camping areas. Restroom and shower facilities will be available in the Lodge and a state-of-the-art restroom-and-shower trailer.
Can I bring my little ones?
We'll have activities that are suitable for children ages 6 and up, but you're welcome to bring the younger ones along as well.
What is the color of my team?
We'll let you know one month before the event.

We require all participants to sign liability waivers and photo release forms. Tickets are non-refundable after April 15, 2020. We regret that we cannot offer refunds under any circumstance. Here are some additional policies.

We're looking for 20 volunteers (18+) who enjoy volunteering at events, serving others, and helping to create unforgettable experiences. There are a variety of roles available, depending on your personality and preferences:
