Farm Village Policies
We're so excited you're coming to an event at the Wild + Free Farm Village! Because our property is located in the wilderness of Virginia, there are a few precautions we have to take, in order to keep everyone safe.
We require all participants to sign a liability waiver and photo release. Every person over the age of 18 must complete this form to participate. You can sign this form electronically in advance or on-site when you arrive.

Here are some guidelines:
Children: Kids are under the care of their parents at all times. We do not run events for children apart from their parents' direct supervision.
Pets: We are not able to allow outside pets on the property for events.
Weapons: There are no guns permitted on the property at any time.
Behavior: No one shall make sexual or physical advances or harassing statements toward any other person in any way for any reason. We have the right and responsibility to provide a safe place for all participants. We reserve the right to dismiss any participant for any reason whatsoever.
Drugs: No illegal drugs are allowed at the Farm Village.
Campfires: Make sure there are no unattended flames in or around the campsites. Fires should never be left unattended in any area of the event.
Cleanliness: Make sure to keep your campsite clean. Do not leave food or trash out in the open or in your tents. This may attract wild animals.
Kitchen: Because we have a commercial kitchen regulated by the health department, no one, other than our staff, is allowed in the kitchen area.
